願景


世界女青年會的願景在於建構一個充份包容的世界，藉由女性的領導來促進並且維護公義、和平、健康、人性尊嚴、自由以及環境保育。

Vision

The vision of the World YWCA is a fully inclusive world where justice, peace, health, human dignity, freedom and care for the environment are promoted and sustained by women’s leadership.

宗旨

世界女青年會的宗旨是培養全球女性的領導力與集體的力量，為全人類實現公義、和平、健康、人性尊嚴、自由以及環境永存。（世界女青年會憲章第四條）

Purpose

The purpose of the World YWCA is to develop the leadership and collective power of women and girls around the world to achieve justice, peace, health, human dignity, freedom and a sustainable environment for all people. (World YWCA Const. Art.4)

指導原則

以下之基本價值與原則以世界女青年會憲章的前言為依據，引導全球各地女青年會朝向共同願景和宗旨而努力：

培力各年齡層的女性是我們的工作重點。

尊崇我們固有的基督信仰，同時包容不同信仰和文化背景的女性。

尊重差異，堅守人權原則，平等參與、互相尊重、真誠負責。

塑造世代合作、共同分擔的領導模式。

提倡志工精神、互敬有效的夥伴關係。

秉持誠信原則，各層級皆力求治理良善與真誠負責。

珍視在不同區域及社會脈絡中女青運動的歷史及當下之事工。

Guiding Values

Inspired by the Preamble in the World YWCA Constitution, these are the key values and principles that guide the world YWCAs around the world towards our common vision and purpose:

 Placing women, young women and girls’ empowerment at the centre of our work

 Honoring our Christian foundation and being inclusive of women of all faiths and backgrounds

 Respecting diversity and upholding the human rights principles of participation, non-discrimination and accountability

 Modelling intergenerational and shared leadership

 Promoting volunteerism and effective, mutually respectful partnerships

 Operating with integrity and ensuring good governance and accountability at all levels

 Valuing the history and ongoing work of the YWCA movement in its diversity of contexts and regions

宣示

所有的女性，不分年齡，都能保有各自的獨特性，在處理個人和社區問題時，扮演有力的領導、決策、引領改變的角色，成功主張我們的權利。

Impact Statement

Women, young women and girls in our diversity successfully claim our rights as empowered leaders, decision-makers and change agents responding to the issues affecting our lives and communities.

婦女國際性領導力

目標1：各年齡層女性在日常和社區生活中發揮領導力，倡議我們的權利。
Women’s International Leadership

Goal 1: Women, young women and girls exercise leadership in our lives and

communities and advocate for our rights.

女性權利

目標2：透過倡議、專案計畫、與事工服務等方式，來促進並保護各年齡層女性的社會、經濟、文化、公民與政治權利。

Women’s Rights

Goal 2: The social, economic, cultural, civil and political rights of women, young women and girls are promoted and protected through advocacy, programs and services.

打造女青運動及良善治理

目標3：組織最高階層承擔責任，讓世界女青運動得以有效達成培養女性(和女孩)領導能力之目標。

Movement Building and Good Governance

Goal 3: World YWCA movement effectively fulfills its purpose to develop the leadership of women and girls by functioning at the highest level of organizational accountability.
